3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree not to upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• All branding, content, and customizations created by Schmooz remain the intellectual property of Schmooz unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hobart.
